Our high capacity in tools fabrication lets us handle 80 tools per year with a swift turnaroundtime of only 2 days for 3D prototype sample with DFM and 3 weeks for low cavity or soft tools.

MAP Plastics holds a strong capability in Group Automation design and fabrication. We believe that automation is integral in the manufacturing process, which is why we developed our Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) system to enhance quality as well as solutions such as air-leak testing machine and bar code labelling machine to optimise productivity.
Cleanroom Assembly and Secondary Processes
Medical device manufacturing requires excellent precision and care.
At MAP Plastics, clients are guaranteed of qualified expertise in producing high precision plastic or medical components and semi-finished sub-assemblies in a class 10K/100K cleanroom environment, wherein we are equipped with over 60 injection moulding machines.
In addition, we undertake stringent annual accreditation audits and conduct particle counts on a monthly basis to ensure our processes maintain the highest standards.
